Both parties agree to keep any sensitive business information, data, or strategies shared during the project confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without prior consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigiLoom IT strives for excellence, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or profit increases as digital landscapes are constantly changing. We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with prior written notice as per the terms mentioned in the specific project contract. Upon termination, the client must pay for the work completed up to that date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

9. Changes to Terms

DigiLoom IT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
